Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a PA to Director at 22 IMPACT. The PA will handle tasks such as personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, diary management, and general administrative support to the director and company as a whole.


We are looking for an experienced, professional Personal Assistant to join the office of the director, this role requires an individual who is well organised with excellent attention to detail and has the ability to be one step ahead at all times.


This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a fast paced, growing/successful, international media and management entertainment agency. This role will work alongside an experienced group of bookers, agents and clients, learn how industries we work in operate and make a direct contribution to 22 IMPACT as well as its core clients.


The ideal candidate will have an acute eye for detail and be professionally presented. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be unphased within the VIP, high profile environment and be able to operate discreetly and confidentially.


They will be proficient at diary management, they will be extremely responsive and communicative both internally and externally, understanding the importance of the ambassadorial role that they will play within the company.


They will have experience of planning and facilitating events, travel, communications and have a key eye for aesthetics.


The role is broad and varied and includes all the administrative support elements that you would expect and much more besides, no one day will be the same and the workload will be constant and varied.


Must be open to travel nationally and internationally potentially on short notice.

Must be open to working outside of traditional work hours.


Qualifications

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Proactive planning of an ever changing schedule which is subject to last minute changes on an ongoing basis
  • Meeting and conference call bookings, inclusive of relevant reminders and preparation
  • Preparation of clear and concise travel options
  • Arrangement of travel and all expenses for both the director and all talent
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including 22 IMPACT employees, business guests, clients and brand executives
  • Preparing presentations as directed
  • Take notes at meetings, preparing and distributing notes as needed.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as requested by management
  • Responsible for covering work of the other employees in the periods of absence
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous experience in media + communications/modelling/creator or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
