We are currently seeking a strategic Paid Social Manager for a womenswear fashion brand in Manchester. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the internal teams and Paid Agency. In this role, you will oversee the paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion or experience within a fast-paced eCommerce brand.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies, across Meta, and TikTok, to meet business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to manage the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Utilise advanced targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant audiences, cross territories.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, driving growth to the UK and global territories.
  • Oversee and optimise advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Brand teams to successfully deliver commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry or a fast-paced eCommerce brand.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience working across territories including (but not limited to) UK, USA and Europe
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (bonus).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Challenge the status quo, innovative and open to try new tactics and strategies.
