Senior Recruitment Manager - UK - Relocate to the US


Do you have a background in the legal staffing sector?


If so, Permanent People are working with an established global staffing business who are looking to hire a Manager level recruiter to oversee the entire US business. This can initially be based in the UK (London), with the plan being for an eventual relocation stateside.


Our client are also looking to hire experienced, full desk, recruitment consultants at various levels.


The Role

You will oversee a team of recruiters who currently work on mid-senior level legal roles, with a focus on AmLaw 100 companies, all across the US.

Opportunities to also recruit for In-House legal positions will also form part of the teams focus.

You will bring with you a network of contacts, and be happy to build business through sales, as well as be an experienced head-hunter with the ability to find top US legal talent.


Your Experience

You will have at least 3 years of experience in a billing 360 or Search legal position and be able to evidence a strong track record in terms of your billings and revenue generated.

Experience of working in the US market is also essential.

An accomplished communicator is key for these roles, as you will be working with top level legal companies, as well as blue chip organisations all over the US.

Having drive, determination and an ability to be results orientated is also a must.
