Position Overview:

They are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and management of their Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, and administration, coupled with a deep understanding of industry needs. As the Salesforce Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming their CRM capabilities and ensuring seamless integration with business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to their retail operations.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications by following best practices and maintaining high coding standards.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Manage data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical leadership in project planning, including estimating work efforts, defining milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
