The purpose of the role is to proactively manage and grow revenue for Critical Power across multiple channels/verticals.

Managing a team in supporting revenue growth through a product, service & application lead approach.


· Manage and develop the Critical Power team including recruiting, hiring, enablement and ongoing coaching of team members.

· Build and lead a high performing sales team, within a results-driven environment.

· Set clear targets for sales team and oversee achievement of these through coaching, support, and KPI measurement.

· Conduct performance review meetings with sales team, as well as effectively mentoring 1:1 on a regular basis.

· Ensure Sales team capabilities and processes are constantly reviewed and enhanced.



You must have:

· Technical knowledge and expertise in product specialism.

· Excellent communicator both orally and written.

· Able to listen and offer a consultative approach to selling.

· Team player mentality – Able to act selflessly towards a collective goal.

· Confident – Comfortable at multi business levels and can present to an audience.

· Dynamic - able to make a difference and add value.

· Self-driven and highly motivated. Able to work under a low level of supervision & own initiative.

· Flexible and willing to stay away from home when required.
