We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Project Manager to lead our dynamic network engineering team. This role is focused on the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex network projects within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies and proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion, with a specific focus on change management and minimizing disruption during network modifications.


Responsibilities:

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex network projects in a large enterprise environment (finance, insurance, legal, consultancy, or enterprise sectors preferred).

  • Lead the network engineering team in the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans for network initiatives, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the change management process for network changes, ensuring minimal disruption and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with network projects.
  • Manage internal stakeholders (e.g., project managers, developers, executives) during downtime, outages, and UAT testing.
  • Track project progress, identify and address any potential roadblocks, and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Document project plans, procedures, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing network engineering team (30 engineers and 7 PMs).
  • Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and industry trends.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required to support critical network project rollouts (as is typical in networking environments).
