Are you a dedicated Nurse seeking a rewarding opportunity in elderly care and physical disabilities? Our client, based in Bristol, operates a nursing home providing exceptional care for elderly residents and individuals with physical disabilities. This full-time role offers standard weekday hours, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care.
• Lead a team of skilled staff through effective training and performance management.
• Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to maintain efficient service delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, legislation, and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor care plans to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents.
• Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. RGN/RMN/RNLD)
• Full membership of relevant professional body (e.g. NMC)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
