Role Overview

As the Kitchen Manager of our newest venue, Stack Middlesbrough, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee all operational aspects of the food units, lead our team and deliver quality food. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, thrives under pressure, and excels in communication with both managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Training:
    Act as a positive leader and role model. Train and motivate our large team to deliver high standards and exceptional food quality.
  • Business Management:
    Confidently manage all aspects of the food business, including kitchen labour, food GP and food safety management
  • Guest Services

Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification.

Requirements

Must Have:

At least 2 years kitchen management experience

Preferred:

  • Food Safety level 2 and 3
  • First aid training certificate.
  • Experience in front facing guest relations
