You will be responsible for managing a passionate team dedicated to providing top-quality customer service and relaxation experiences in a sophisticated environment. Join us in offering the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of London.


  • Lead a team of therapists, spa reception team, and spa butlers in the day-to-day operations of the exclusive hotel spa
  • Manage revenue and ensure the execution of 5-star service, maintaining high standards at all times
  • Provide training and conduct 1:1 meetings and appraisals to uphold exceptional service levels


Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in luxury spa management and a strong background in customer service
  • Demonstrate expertise driving performance and developing teams
  • Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team to provide exceptional service
  • Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, with a focus on revenue management
  • Adept at identifying and fulfilling guest and member needs to ensure satisfaction


Package: Up to £57k plus service charge+ benefits
