As our next Night Team Member at Sleeperz Cardiff:

  • You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
  • You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks,?being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction.
  • You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotels policies.
