Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities with UK LGPS and DC/DB pension funds.
  • Identify clients’ needs and match effectively to the firm’s investment capabilities.
  • Lead on pitch meetings to secure new business and drive inflows.
  • Build relationships with field consultants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and follow up on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Attend and participate in industry events such as conferences to drive sales activity.
  • Share ideas for expanding the firm’s products and services based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in asset management sales.
  • Strong working knowledge of the institutional market, particularly LGPS/DB/DC clients.
  • High calibre communication skills and ability to nurture client relationships, ultimately driving revenue.
  • Commercial mindset.
