Job Title: Account Manager TBR (Truck -, Bus -, & Radial Tyres) South Central UK

Location: UK

Reports to (Position): Regional Sales Manager TBR

Department/Function: Sales UK


Your role:

For our commercial organization in UK we are looking for an Account Manager TBR (Truck-, Bus-, and Radial Tyres). In this role you are the principal point of contact between the business and our customers. As an Account Manager you ensure current customers have the right products, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch prospective customers. Further you are responsible for achieving the TBR sales targets assigned by regional TBR sales manager. You work closely with Ambassador Dealers and generate demand through fleet visits & fleet conversions. As Account Manager TBR you are reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager TBR of UK.


Your activities will cover those as mentioned, but is not limited to:

- Achieve Sales target by working with existing distribution network & find new potential dealers

- Performance monitoring of Apollo & competition tyres

- Fleet conversion to Apollo TBR tyres

- Full Territory mapping consisting of dealers, key fleets, retraders, fitters, garages & service center

- While your main focus is TBR Sales within your territory (South Central UK) you also collaborate and support your sales colleagues responsible for the OHT (Off-Highway Tyre) product range


As our preferred candidate:

- You have a bachelor degree with +3 years of relevant work experience (in account - & territory management)

- You are interested in the automotive industry and new innovations

- You are self-motivated and passionate to succeed with given tools & budget

- You are able to conduct structured sales calls with clear objectives and targets in place

- You have strong negotiation and communication skills

- You are performance oriented and agile

- You are based out of South Central UK
