Your new role


They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Strategy & Marketing Manager to join the team. This role is crucial in driving their strategic initiatives and marketing efforts to expand their market presence and enhance customer engagement.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.


To be successful you must have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business strategy and marketing management, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese or a strong understanding of the language is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and driving results.



What you’ll get in return


You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 DOE, with a flexible hybrid working model (3 days in office and 2 days from home). Benefits include all travel to the office is paid for, 22 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), private Bupa medical healthcare, Specsavers vouchers, free dental healthcare etc. Most importantly, you will have the chance to work with a team of well educated, passionate and lovely people striving for greatness.
