The role will report to the CFO and lead/build an international team. Ideally you will have global Finance experience, with an emphasis on FP&A, in Private Equity owned businesses and with the ability to leverage data analytics to drive core business decisions. You will be a partner to senior business leaders, and be respected for your knowledge, commercial skills and drive for results.


The ideal candidate will come from a Corporate Finance (ideally Investment Banking) background, or from strategic consulting, and will have taken those business skills into Finance positions in the Tech/Software industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best-in-class FP&A capability across business partnering, budgeting, financial oversight, and planning. Support the CFO to achieve full visibility of results and drive operational excellence across the business.
  • Work as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. Develop deep functional and financial knowledge through partnerships with leaders across the company.
  • Drive planning and reporting on cash positions, requirements, and debt issuance
  • Be the go-to person for all reporting and analysis requested by investors and the board.


Requirements:

  • A proven track record in Finance, with a heavy emphasis in FP&A, ideally with experience in Private Equity owned businesses.
  • Strong international experience in SaaS businesses.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to influence business decisions across the company.
  • Excellent people management skills and willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail, comfortable working at the micro and macro levels.
  • Deep experience in managing globally dispersed teams, spanning multiple entities, currencies, and geographies.
  • Strong executive presence and experience with presentations to boards and external parties, i.e. Private Equity leadership.
