Role Description:

As the iValua Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing and functional aspects of iValua product implementation, ensuring the quality and successful execution of test activities. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage the testing lifecycle, coordinate with the testing team, and provide expertise in iValua product processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • iValua Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iValua, with a deep understanding of the product and its functionalities.
  • Upgrade Processes: Manage and advise on iValua upgrade processes, specifically for on-premise environments.
  • Test Management: Lead and manage the entire test lifecycle, including:
  • Creation of detailed test plans and scripts.
  • Execution of testing phases and reporting on progress.
  • Tracking defects and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing and guiding the testing team.
  • Team Leadership: Ability to manage both personal tasks and direct the efforts of the testing team.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • iValua Product Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with iValua, with certification to at least Level 2.
  • Test Management: Proven experience in managing test activities, including planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Functional Expertise: Strong knowledge of the iValua product, specifically in upgrade processes for on-premise implementations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
