We are seeking experienced full time and part-time Retail Sales Associates with proven skills and experience within a luxury brand to join of the dedicated team in our Sloane Square, London boutique. The store is open between the hours of 10.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Saturday with occasional Sunday and Bank Holiday opening.

Role responsibilities are, but are not limited to:


  • Combining your knowledge of the brand with your engaging personal manner, you will listen to your customers tastes and requirements tailoring your advice and recommendations accordingly.
  • Drawing on your experience and excellent communication skills, you will work hard to form and nurture long term client relationships with your customers in order to drive repeat custom and achieve sales targets.
  • Using your endless initiative, you will confidently and professionally approach and assist customers.
  • Proactively maintain visual and merchandising standards within the store.
  • Be numerate and have an awareness of business targets and ability to ensure stock control and reports are met.
  • Liaise with Head Office with regards to stock and fulfilling customer requests.
  • Assist with in-store promotional events.


About You


To be successful,

· You must have a proven background with luxury retail experience (with a luxury brand would be an advantage).

· Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge

· Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal

· A team player with demonstrable examples of delivering results by working collaboratively

· Great time management and ability to prioritise

· Flexible with regards to working patterns as this will include weekend working.

· Positive, can-do attitude.

· A high level of attention to detail.

· Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
