Role Overview:

Fragrance Du Bois is seeking a passionate and driven Global Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in London. In this hybrid role, you will support the Global Marketing Director in executing and managing our marketing strategies, with a specific focus on social media, influencer marketing, community management, and CRM. You will contribute to the growth of our global presence, focusing on both the UK and USA markets, and play a key role in maintaining our brand's luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities:


[Social Media Management]

  • Own the planning, creation, and execution of content for our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Develop and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and strategic content across all channels.
  • Write engaging and on-brand copy for social media posts, maintaining consistency with Fragrance Du Bois' luxury tone.
  • Schedule posts and monitor social media platforms to ensure consistent brand activity.


[Community Management]

  • Engage with our online community across all social channels, responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and foster our global social community, enhancing brand loyalty and engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure Fragrance Du Bois remains innovative and relevant.


[CRM Management]

  • Assist in managing CRM activities, including email marketing campaigns, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling CRM content and help drive customer engagement and retention.


[Influencer Marketing]

  • Coordinate influencer marketing activities for both the UK and USA markets, including identifying influencers, managing partnerships, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Support influencer outreach, ensuring collaborations align with our brand’s ethos and objectives.
  • Monitor influencer campaigns to evaluate success and provide regular reporting to the Global Marketing Director.


[Global Marketing Support]

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Global Marketing Director on wider marketing initiatives and business needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams across different regions to ensure cohesive global campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing brand events, launches, and other marketing activations.


[Key Skills & Qualifications]

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other key social channels.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling, particularly in beauty and luxury marketing.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, CRM management, and community building.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for beauty, fragrance, and luxury industries.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


[Preferred Experience]

  • Previous experience in the beauty or luxury sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and an eagerness to stay up-to-date with industry changes.
