The Role

We’ve had incredible growth and as we transition from a start-up to a European enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement function for all fittings, products and materials for multiple on-going residential renovation projects. Working with our design and build team, you will be responsible for the ordering and managing delivery of specified items.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process for project materials in accordance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for product samples, specifications, and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with build managers, customers and contractors to ensure item specifications align with project goals and client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, budgets, and returns.
  • Manage delivery schedules, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and track delivery timeliness, accuracy, dealing with any issues that arise.
  • Support Finance with invoice processing and reconciliation and opening credit accounts
  • Maintain and update our database of approved products and vendors to ensure accurate pricing working with the Design and Product teams


About You


Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in procurement roles, ideally in the construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively work with suppliers and customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and google suite of products.


Desirable

  • A personal interest in sustainability and creating greener products is a plus.
  • A basic grasp of CAD software (particularly Sketchup) may also be useful.

This is a full-time hybrid position with at least 3 days in our London office in Old Street. This will also require occasional visits to building sites and suppliers.
