The Role
As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a key role in advising on a variety of private equity matters, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, secondaries, and co-investments. You will work closely with senior partners on complex, high-profile transactions, gaining invaluable exposure to major clients across the private equity sector. The role offers significant responsibility from the outset, including managing key workstreams, client interaction, and the opportunity to develop your expertise in a collaborative and entrepreneurial team.
Requirements
- Solicitor qualified in England & Wales with 1-4 years of PQE in private equity transactions.
- Previous experience at a leading private equity practice in London or a comparable market.
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Experience in secondaries transactions is advantageous but not mandatory.
