The Role:

  • Create and deliver global Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Digital and Head of Marketing to develop globally integrated strategies.
  • Develop campaign best practices, enhance efficiencies, and establish reporting methods.
  • Work closely with the Data and Analytics team to streamline automation and data integration.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 Executives.


The Candidate:

  • Over 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in running and managing lead generation Paid Search and Paid Social ads.
  • Skilled in optimizing for KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CPA, and Leads.
  • Experienced in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
