This role will be a pivotal in shaping and nurturing their company culture, driving performance, and managing the full employee lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in talent development, operations, and generalist HR duties.


The ideal candidate will have a background in scaling businesses within Financial Services, have worked in a stand-alone capacity and be passionate about creating an environment where employees thrive and contribute to the company's success.


Role Requirements:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with mission and business goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values to all employees.
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and quickly.
  • Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement, retention, and development throughout their tenure with the company.
  • Establish and maintain a robust performance management system that aligns individual goals with company objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to managers and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Implement HR systems and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a scaling business environment, preferably within the financial services sectors, ideally with businesses below 300 headcount.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
