We are recruiting HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR team.
Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Strong administration experience preferably within a HR or a professional services background
- Support a team of HR Assistants with the majority of administrative tasks
- Handle internal and external telephone enquiries
- Manage HR mailbox/Help Desk service requests and distribute queries within the team
- Maintain the firms HR database (auditing/inputting and updating)
- Run monthly reports for HR Assistants and distribute
- Respond to reference requests and manage reference database
- Ensure HR Assistants are kept up to date and informed
- Administer the loan applications, baby gifts processing and business card approval
- Process changes to personal details
- Create ad-hoc HR reports for the wider HR function and the business

We typically hold two interview stages per vacancy providing the opportunity to meet two members of the hiring team at each stage. The first stage is typically conducted virtually and the second stage typically in person at the office in which the role would be based. However, we strive to remain flexible depending on the requirements of the role or the candidate.
