The client are currently seeking a Software Support Engineer to join a truly dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients using our software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our SaaS products.
  • Work closely with our development team to address client needs.
  • Assist in the development of scripts to automate common tasks.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues.


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Proficiency in Linux.
  • Scripting experience in one or more of the following: Powershell, Python, Ruby, or Shell.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Experience supporting financial products is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
