Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support during bid phase and contract execution.
  • Coordinate project activities, gather information, and support project controls and reporting.
  • Assist Project Managers with presentation preparation, risk registers, financial reports, and forward load.
  • Monitor project task completion, solve problems, and negotiate priorities.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans using all available project management tools.
  • Manage work breakdown structures, cost to completion analysis, and other essential project management information.
  • Enhance team interfaces between engineering and manufacturing groups.
  • Manage small or non-technical projects to meet time, cost, and specification objectives.


Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Required:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer and business focus.
  • Team player with enthusiasm, resilience, and motivation.
  • Experience in a team-based, multidiscipline development environment.
  • Proficiency in PC use, keyboard literacy, project management tools, and ERP systems (e.g., IFS).
  • Preferred:
  • Project management or project support office experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP).
  • Experience in subcontract management.
  • APM qualification (training provided if needed).


Eligibility:

  • Must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance (SC level).
