An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trademarks Paralegal to join a top ranked international law firm on a full-time permanent basis in London.

With clients ranging from small start-ups to global corporations, we help brands through the entire life cycle, from creation to protection and enforcement.


The Role:

The successful Trademarks Paralegal will be the main point of contact for enquiries relating to the portfolios that they support both internally and externally with clients. Your duties will include:


  • Assist Trademark and design filing, prosecution, and IPO formalities tasks.
  • Submitting IPO forms for new trademark and design applications, oppositions, assignments and other recordals.
  • Liaising directly with foreign associates regarding new Trademark and design applications, assignments, and other IPO-related actions.
  • Liaising with clients for reporting standard updates and handling basic portfolio-relation client queries.
  • Assisting with the renewal of Trademark and design registrations worldwide.
  • Checking, reporting, and tracking certificates and other official documents.
  • Timely and accurate entering/removing/amending of data in WebTMS system, including suitable file notes.
  • Assisting with new file/case opening and managing and checking deadlines for the IPM group.
  • Preparing cost estimates for national and international filing and recordal projects.


About You:

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to develop your trademark experience and to develop In the trademarks practice. Your application should demonstrate:

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Previous Trademark experience (at least 1 year) either in-house or from private practice.


In Return:

The successful Trademarks Paralegal will receive a salary of up to £45K per annum, depending on experience. Fantastic benefits and hybrid working
