As a Case Handler at our Camberley office, you'll play a crucial role as the liaison between our clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that ongoing cases are handled with efficiency and effectiveness, keeping both parties informed and satisfied throughout the process.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing an existing caseload with the support of your dynamic team.

Proactively contacting customers and clients via telephone and email, maintaining clear and concise communication channels.

Collaborating with our enforcement team to ensure that all caseload inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved.

Working diligently to meet deadlines and provide the highest level of service possible.

Engaging in report writing and invoicing tasks to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
