About the role:


The job will come under the Comms and Growth teams, both of which have grown significantly in terms of output in 2024 and urgently need organizational rigor, and key members need support with multiple administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the teams, which are spread across time zones.


The successful applicant will enjoy working as part of a busy team but also self-sufficient enough to also run their own projects - e.g. organizing events/dinners.


Responsibilities:


  • Keep departmental spreadsheets and other administrative documents up to date, monitoring action points and ensuring that follow up happens in a timely way
  • Keep research into competitors and target businesses and sectors up to date
  • Manage an events calendar and lead events-related project management (e.g. ordering merchandise, food, venues, guest lists etc.)
  • Attend meetings with multiple PR agencies, keep notes and ensure there is ongoing follow-up and performance monitoring
  • Create a reporting system for press articles about the company and archives / references for press (potentially with Signal AI) - issue reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Organize, and create digital filing system, with naming protocol / convention for the Comms and Growth teams
  • Manage assets that have been created across the company, including, presentations, exec bios and photos, Growth and Comms content
  • This person will be responsible for the smooth running of the Comms and Growth teams, keeping the infrastructure in good shape - it will be a lovely an interesting role with scope for development


Requirements:


  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good skills in Adobe tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tidy and accurate administrative skills
  • Friendly and communicative, the person will be comfortable in a fast-moving atmosphere, and able to deal with a number of stakeholders
