What are we looking for?

With ten managed properties we are seeking a roaming chef to offer support as and when needed across our Suffolk sites. As roaming chef you will have solid experience in working in pubs and restaurants and will be happy to go into any one of our properties and cook their menu.

You will be a senior chef with a variety of experience in both put and restaurants who enjoys working with fresh local produce and has the ability to hit the ground running. You will be supported by the kitchen brigades however we will sometimes need the roaming chef to take the lead and organise the kitchen and ensure all is in order.

With every week different this will be a varied and challenging role, however, will give great satisfaction to the right candidate who will enjoy working across the group with our kitchen teams.

Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
