About the role:


Showroom Management

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to all visitors of the Flokk Showroom.
  • Oversee the Showroom diary arranging cover for all visits.
  • Provide facilities management overseeing premises maintenance, legionella registers, cleaners & planters.
  • Responsible for maintaining the appearance and organisation of the showroom.
  • Inventory management including monthly stock take.


Design

  • Design high-quality spaces, layouts, and visuals, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the design concepts across commercial interiors.
  • Work in partnership with London-based and international Flokk design colleagues to ensure cohesive and innovative design solutions.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, pCon, and Adobe programs to create and refine design plans and presentations.


Events

  • Proactive role in organising creative events for the architectural and design community.
  • Manage event logistics, including catering and set up in line with budgets.
  • Create and manage social media posts to promote events and engage with the online community.


About you:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and event planning skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, pCon, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experienced in creating detailed and compelling interior design visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Location Manchester area required.
