We are looking for a Senior European Retail Business Manager to join one of the world's leading consumer electronics brands.


This exciting position will focus on delivering growth for the European TV/AV business through supporting with key account management, leading new channel/operator development and building best practice across the region.


This role will:

  • Drive sales through forecasting meaningful metrics, reviewing performance vs target, identifying gaps and finding growth opportunities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and wider teams to guide product strategies.
  • Define the strategy for new business initiatives, acting as the business lead for identifying opportunities for new channels and driving the recruitment of potential retail partners.
  • Engage with EU Customers at Mid to Senior Level as required and support discussions.
  • Monitor competitor and market trends in the European retail landscape, pinpointing opportunities and understanding potential implications for the business.
  • Support regular reviews with customers, providing insights and recommendations to help drive performance.


We are looking for:

  • A strong understanding of the European retail landscape is required and a good understanding of retail critical metrics is preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and negotiate with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with different cultures in a global organisation.
  • Someone who can collaborate with channel partners, internal account managers, product management and marketing departments to deliver objectives.
  • The ability to analyse data and get into the granular detail of performance.
  • Previous experience working in consumer electronics is highly desirable.
  • Someone comfortable working with ambiguity as they will be responsible for creating new ways of working and processes.
  • Proven experience working in a commercial/product management role or similar.


This is a Hybrid role - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week.


The successful candidate must be able to travel to Europe when required.
