We are looking for an Associate Partner to join our team and co-lead the telecommunications practice, with a focus on large-scale technology transformations.


Your Mission:

To triple our revenues and projects in Europe and Middle East working with large-cap targeted Private Equity clients and Tier 1 / Tier 2 Telecommunications operators. Work alongside deal teams, IT & Digital Operating Partners, and C-level execs (CFO, CIO, CDO) to assist the design and delivery of their value creation plans with a focus on core IT transformations in the Telecommunications industry such as digital BSS and OSS, network separation and broader CIO advisory including outsourcing, cost-out and procurement projects.


Your Outcomes:

  • Grow revenues for Telecoms clients - maintain existing clients, build relationships and up-sell via a consultative partnering sales approach​ as well as developing the Alysian relationships with new Operators
  • Deliver client impact with satisfaction & loyalty – actively steer client programs (content and quality of delivery) to realize value creation and achieve impact, ensuring top client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Upgrade European based consulting team by end of year one​ - develop the existing European based team​ and enhance with A player consultants to deliver impact in-line with new project wins​


Your Expertise and Pedigree:


15-20 years experience including:

  • Experience at leading consultancies, including but not limited to McKinsey, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Arthur D. Little, Deloitte or Delta Partners
  • Experience in technology delivery programs within telco including both BSS and network separation/ carve-out programs
  • Experience in business development and account management in Telco advisory


Practicalities:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in this country
  • In the first 12 months, this role will have a travel requirement of 50%+ given active client projects
  • Ideal candidate will speak Italian
