Summary of the Role: As a Freelance Sales Specialist at BNDesign Studio, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth. Success in this position means effectively managing and converting leads into clients, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch design solutions. This role fits into our organization as a key component of our sales strategy, directly impacting our revenue and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with pre-qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel
  • Set up and attend meetings with potential clients, either independently or with our team
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using Zoho CRM
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the account management team
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to improve conversion rates


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the design or creative industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and clients
  • Basic proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
  • Familiarity with the design industry is a plus


Compensation:

  • Base freelance fee: Negotiable, discussed based on experience and fit for the role
  • Commission: Performance-based commission structure (10%-15% of closed deals)
  • Year-end bonus: Based on performance metrics and overall contribution to company growth
