Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure timely and safe deliveries to Ladurée locations, maintaining the same high standards of service as in-store interactions.
  • Ensure that all items are delivered in perfect condition, maintaining Ladurée's commitment to quality.
  • Uphold Ladurées brand by presenting products professionally, including macaron boxes and hampers.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to deliveries and ensure that customer satisfaction is prioritized during delivery times.

Delivery Operations

  • Start early (5am) to check and prepare the delivery van for the day.
  • Load and unload the van, ensuring all items are packed securely for transport.
  • Make deliveries to multiple Ladurée locations, including stores in central London, Selfridges, Harrods, and Heathrow, and twice a week to Bicester Village and Heathrow.
  • Ensure that the van maintains the proper temperature throughout the journey to preserve product quality.
  • Comply with UK road regulations and Ladurées safety procedures.
  • Return to the warehouse at the end of deliveries, clean and organize the van, and ensure the return of any unused goods.

Warehouse and Order Preparation

  • Pick and prepare daily orders for delivery, ensuring that macarons are properly stored and packaged.
  • Perform regular stock checks to ensure that inventory is rotated effectively (First In, First Out).
  • Assist in preparing special corporate or event orders to be delivered on time, ensuring all items are accurately packed and presented.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and stockroom, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Operational Support

  • Participate in warehouse duties such as managing stock levels, packing and labeling goods for delivery.
  • Assist in preparing requisitions and ensure all requested products are correctly packed and sealed.
  • Report any issues related to stock, products, or deliveries to management.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the warehouse and retail teams to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on new products and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure clear communication with store teams to coordinate deliveries and maintain service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in delivery driving, ideally in a food or luxury setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Knowledge of UK road regulations and safe driving practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, as needed.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and long hours on the road.

  • In-person at various Ladurée locations across London, with regular deliveries to other UK locations such as Bicester Village and Heathrow Gatwick Covent Garden Burlington, Royal Exchange .
