Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven real estate agents who are ready to take their careers to the next level by relocating to Dubai. As a real estate agent with Betterhomes, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide top-tier real estate services to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized real estate solutions.

Property Listings: Source, list, and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring a diverse portfolio that meets market demands.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.

Viewings and Inspections: Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed insights and addressing any queries.

Documentation: Manage all necessary documentation and legal requirements associated with property transactions.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of the real estate market, and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.

- Willingness to relocate to Dubai and adapt to a new and dynamic market environment.

- Valid UK driving license; UAE driving license (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
