ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop end-to-end pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying ML models to solve marketing problems.
  • Support data scientists in building predictive models to optimize media performance, customer experiences, revenue generation, and business outcomes across various sectors.
  • Create efficient data pipelines for AI model training and evaluation.
  • Build lightweight Python web apps for self-service frameworks for clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead technology and process transformations to incorporate best practices.
  • Document projects to ensure replicability and scalability across the organization.
  • Advise on applying ML models to high-impact business opportunities in collaboration with data scientists and client partners.
  • Work with multiple teams and stakeholders in an agile and dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in Python, including its associated data and machine learning packages such as numpy, pandas, pyspark, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and more.
  • Experience working with object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience in Forecasting and propensity, Customer Experience & Churn Modelling.
  • Expertise in utilizing SQL for data acquisition and transformation.
  • Outstanding quantitative modeling and statistical analysis abilities.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Salary range: up to £70,000.
