  • Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand our global staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitment plans.
  • Immerse yourself in the realms of renewable energy, power solutions, and industrial technology, connecting with top talent on an international scale
  • Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and our global teams.
  • Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents, and global recruitment best practices.
