Person specification:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.


Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in BPO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successful BPO advisory and project management.

  • Deep understanding of BPO methodologies and technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
