My client is an highly regarded retail organisation with a portfolio across High Street and Shopping Centre locations. To support their growth, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Estates and Acquisitions Manager. Job responsibilities will include:
- Assist with delivering the Group’s property strategy for the UK & ROI
- Lead day to day management of lease renewals, regears, disposals, dilapidations and rent reviews, liaising with external consultants where appropriate
- Board Reports
- Landlords negotiations to deliver best terms
- Oversee service charges and business rates on stores
