  • Crisis management Understanding of the processes by which Google deals with disruptive and unexpected events that threaten to harm Google, its stakeholders, or the general public. Language fluency Ability to use native-like fluency in a foreign language (e.g., German, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Russian).
  • Policy fundamentals - Knowledge of fundamentals of policies, including knowledge of the product platforms.
  • Regulatory process - Understanding of the internet policy and legal or regulatory frameworks. Stakeholder relations and influence - Ability to manage and garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experience in Contractual structures and customisations (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) and financial modelling (discussing offers) at a technology firm. Ability to navigate within complex processes.
