The Company

I am hiring a Head of Fraud for an exciting and ambitious finance FinTech based in London who are already successful and have major growth plans, both now and in the future. As the Head of Fraud, you will Head up the department, be the Fraud SME across the business, and manage upwards to prevent fraud for the business and the customers.


The Role

As the Head of Fraud, you will be:

  • Being the SME on Fraud across the business
  • Working cross-functionally with fraud, product, data engineering, and data science
  • Setting out the Fraud strategy and roadmap
  • Managing and inspiring a team of analytics professionals
  • Developing and optimising in-house fraud prevention systems and solutions
  • Proactively preventing fraud before the launch of new products across the business.
  • Using SQL daily for analysis of new Fraud trends and patterns.
  • Setting out new Fraud policy to increase fraud defences across the business and make sure the business is in line with regulation.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders globally.


Your skills and experience

To be successful as the Head of Fraud, you will need:

  • Strong experience working across Fraud Analytics in a managerial position.
  • Experience working for a fast-paced business.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience leading a team of analytics professionals.
  • Strong working experience using SQL daily.
  • Excellent communication skills are required for this position.
  • STEM degree from a top university.
