Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and strategy.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to stakeholders across the company.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments, including product, marketing, sales, and finance, to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership, identifying areas for improvement or concern.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations that simplify complex data and tell a story that is easily understood by non-technical audiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiency, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Data-Driven Culture: Promote a data-driven culture within the organization by educating teams on the value of data and how to use it effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in reporting and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- E-commerce Experience: Experience in the automotive, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
- Advanced Analytics: Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling or machine learning, is a bonus.
- Data Engineering: Basic knowledge of data engineering concepts and experience working with data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift) is advantageous.
- Excel Expertise: Advanced Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
