Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Training Professional for EMAR to deliver comprehensive training to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and supporting clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the Carevision EMAR system.
- Develop and update training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, and webinars.
- Customise training programmes to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-training.
- Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and updates.
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve training programmes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare technology training, particularly with EMAR systems.
- Care home experience could be considered an advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor training to diverse audiences.
