Description

We are now looking for a newly qualified accountant to join the FP&A team for the Europe and Middle East region, which comprises 19 countries, 2,800 employees and revenue of £350m. The regional has grown rapidly from £80m 10 years ago, achieved through a combination of both organic and acquisition activity. The company runs on a de-centralised structure where local businesses are managed locally, and each has its own finance team. The key to this role is supporting the FP&A Manager in the monthly, interim, and year-end reporting, as well as the quarterly forecasting and yearly budgeting process.


Skills

The successful candidate for this FP&A Analyst role will be driven by an inquisitive nature and informed with strong practical experience, you will be expected to engage with the business and the wider finance team to create insightful forecasting, analyses and management reporting. You must be proactive and willing to build relationships across different parts of the wider finance team, providing both support and constructive challenge to ensure optimum quality is achieved. You will be a reliable and potentially challenging partner within the EME Finance team, bringing a pro-active ‘can do’ attitude and sense of humour.
