The Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager (12-Months FTC) to lead, oversee and implement our strategic initiatives to drive our organisational changes as part of our Transformation Journey.


This leadership role is critical to the successful delivery of our mission and will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the transformation projects within scope, time, and budget. The role will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of end-end delivery and will plan, co-ordinate and execute projects to achieve our business goals, with key focus on the separation and transition to a new standalone entity, as well as supporting the business in Product growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for organisational transformation, aligned with the business objectives.
  • Delivery responsibility for a large or complex programme of work, by leading and managing projects within the transformation program, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of allocated programme of work to scope, time, cost and quality.
  • Establish and maintain the overall programme plan, incorporating key milestones and work packages, ensuring clear accountability and ownership across the stakeholder group
  • Adhere to the Transformation Framework, ISO:9001 and other compliance standards as required
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and gain support for the transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks & issues that may impact the success of the transformation program.
  • Define and manage overall governance of the Transformation Programmes on behalf of the Transformation Director.
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or technologies.
  • Oversee the critical milestones and dependencies for major projects, ensuring robust tracking is in progress.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate the effective management of all projects to meet stakeholder requirements and play a leading role in the effective and timely resolution of major issues
  • Establish and execute Programme comms plan, ensuring clear communication on progress, updates, and challenges to relevant stakeholders, maintaining transparency throughout the transformation process including working with Marketing function for external Comms plans for customers.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Allocate and optimise resources to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the transformation team, ensuring a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Be visible and lead by example to ensure the team feel confident in delivery leadership and strategic direction.


Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Proven track record of success in the same or similar role
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to manage several stakeholders
  • MSP / Prince2 Qualifications (desirable)
  • Has a Big-Picture thinking mentality and is able to understand how they will be feeding into wider projects
