Main Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Support the PMO Manager in the preparation, development and maintenance of Programme, Project and Portfolio key information, reports and presentations.


  • Support the PMO Manager in the management of the Small Change process including the tracking of the small change backlog delivery, analysis of interdependencies and resource requirements to aid decision making and co-ordination of delivery tasks when required.
  • Provide project co-ordination support to Project Managers to assist delivery of the Project Portfolio.
  • Assist in education and assurance activities to ensure compliance with CFS Project Delivery standards and methodologies.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communications within the team & external stakeholders as well as act as a point of contact for Project Management Office enquiries and administration support requests.


Experience:


  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience of working successfully within a team
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
