Your role will be to support the fee earners in a variety of ways, including but not limited to:

- Deputyship applications

- File opening & closing

- Admin support

To succeed in this COP paralegal application, you will:

- Have previous experience in a similar Court of Protection team (essential)
- Be a natural team player, able to prioritise a busy caseload
- Be IT savvy and able to use modern case management systems

Applications are invited from those with 1 or more years’ experience, but those with significantly more experience are encouraged to apply.

Salaries are competitive and negotiable on experience.

This firm has a highly regarded PI team, and much of the work ties in to the large payouts it achieves for its clients.

As the successful COP paralegal, you will have a busy caseload and be under the supervision of a very experienced partner.
