Sustainability Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting office portfolio sustainability research and reporting
  • Researching and reporting on green lease documentation
  • Creating office scorecards
  • Collaborating with Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Analytics, and Sustainability teams


Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate preferred
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Highly collaborative, motivated, and able to work independently
  • Understanding of office leases and facilities functions is a plus, but not essential


This contract role requires someone to work as a contractor, not an employee, on a day rate basis for a 35-hour working week. The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of multiple extensions.
