Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and companionship.

**Duties:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and eating

- Support clients with mobility around their home or care facility

- Help in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for clients

- Follow care plans and report any changes in the client's condition

- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

- Provide companionship and emotional support.

- Administer medications as prescribed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a care-related role is advantageous

- Ability to drive to different locations for client visits

- Familiarity with care plans and procedures

- Understanding of home care and care home environments

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Part-time


Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour


Expected hours: 15 – 60 per week
