SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of all social media channels including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Community groups and Pinterest
  • Manage the social and content team to create, curate and execute a best-in-class, fully integrated, organic social and content strategy
  • Copywriting for and across all channels
  • Creating social media strategy in line with marketing calendar and current trends
  • Continually improving followers, engagement and reach across all platforms
  • Voicing areas of improvement, and how as a team we implement this
  • Continually researching new and innovative ways to do content, and implementing
  • Development of competitions, promotions and partnerships to drive engagement and new customer acquisition
  • Working closely with digital marketing to establish a best-in-class paid media strategy and style
  • Able to video and photograph content where needed
  • Create shotlists, and best practice documents and give guidance to the wider team for projects

Must haves:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in social media management and strategy
  • Proficient in all social media platforms e.g Tiktok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook
  • Have used creative tools such as Canva and video editing tools
  • High attention to detail
  • Established writing style
  • Creative and strategic flair
  • Forward thinking and self-starter
  • Be reactive to ever-changing start-up environment

  • Passion for the beauty industry
  • Not scared to pick up an iPhone and assist with content when needed

Working hours:

Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

(Monday to Thursday in office / Friday from home)
