Head of Operations Responsibilities

  • Lead long-term operations strategy across production, planning, and supply chain.
  • Ensure stringent quality assurance and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Oversee new product development and launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Inspire and develop the Operations team while managing key supplier relationships.
